We need your help to pass a bill to cover fertility preservation costs for cancer patients in Hawaii.

The Alliance for Fertility Preservation will have the opportunity to share local stories to Governor Josh Green. We are gathering patient stories about fertility preservation to be able to support their effort.
Here are the 2 ways that you can get involved and share your story:
Submit a short video to us via Instagram DM (~1 min) by July 9th
Submit your photo and a brief written summary of your story to hello@breastcancerhawaii.org or DM them to us on Instagram (See examples.)
When telling your story and to help the policymakers understand the issue, please highlight:
The financial burden of fertility preservation for newly-diagnosed patients
How costs are exacerbated by the lack of insurance coverage
Why fertility/family-building is important to young/young adult cancer patients
Please feel free to share this opportunity with other patients and survivors that you know!
Your videos and written stories will only be shared by the Alliance for Fertility Preservation to garner support for the bill.
